Puppy Party
Have a kid who loves animals? Consider throwing a puppy party for your young child’s next birthday. Connect with an animal shelter or kids’ animal entertainment event coordinators. Learn about the puppies in a mini presentation then gently hold and play with a dozen different puppies.
Invitations: Send out hand made dog tags with information on the party
Decorations: Make a kennel club sign to hang on your door. Scatter doggie toys for the kids and puppies to play.
Games: Similar to Simon Says, have the kids do dog tricks as a Trainer (adult) gives out commands like: “sit”, “lie down” or “roll over”
Puppy Chow: Serve hot dogs or get a bone shaped cookie cutter to make bone sandwiches, cheeses and cookies. Make kid kibbles out of trail mix.
Favors & Goodie Bags: Send guests home with a doggie bag with stickers, finger dog puppets, stickers and dog shaped cookies.
