Chocolate Fondue
Whether you plan to have an intimate evening for two or just want to spread the love with a few close friends, you’ll get rave reviews with the a couple pots of fondue. Plan your entire menu around this theme. Start off with a cheese fondue for appetizers. Just cut up some veggies, fruit and bread and dip in a pot of warm melted cheese. For your main course, take your favorite meat and cut into small pieces and cook in a pot of seasoned oil. End the meal with heart shaped marshmallows and indulge in a pool of white or dark chocolate.
To make the heart marshmallows, get a heart shaped cookie cutter and cut out hearts from large marshmallows. I like the set I got from Sur La Table.
